Alright so I talked with Benwise on msn a few minutes ago and he told me that he was the one who banned me for ban evasion. I don't deny that I ban evaded, if it was just as simple as that then you could deny this dispute easily. What i'm trying to tell you is, the account i was banned on 'SAYANK' shouldn't have ever been banned ion the first place. Please, I will pay you to look into why that account is banned. No need actually, I'll tell you. Here's the dispute I made as soon as I was banned, there is a second one somewhere but I can't find it. That one was actually answered by a staff member but I feel they didn't quite grasp what the thread was saying and just said 'if you have a complaint member against a staff member, post it in the feedback section.'

As you can see it was never answered and archived, don't know if you can check but it was probably archived by DarkGroove. If not why would you archive it, not like I ever received a proper response. So here's the story, I was selling a very rare and unique account that required the most discreet sale because of the fact it was made so unique through means Jagex wouldn't approve it. I made a thread, and obviously people wanted verification of the account because it was so mindblowing and it was the first of it's kind. I contacted DarkGroove on msn, he kindly went on the account and verified it. No problems there, until instead of posting something simple like 'I went on the account and verified it, it is real.' he decided to post a screenshot of my account which I believe revealed my account name and stats. I said 'Dude can you please edit your post or at least remove it' here comes the real dick move from DG, I recall to the best of my knowledge that he fucking just edited out my name on the picture instead of removing it. My stats and everything else still showed. Now after that I got more to the point where i was like 'What the fuck man can you just remove the picture' and that is where the drama started.
I asked him several times, in several different manners to either edit his post out or remove it entirely. I got several different responses ranging from 'No there needs to be proof of verification' to 'I am busy'. No there doesn't need to be a screenshot, a post from a global mod saying that the account is as I described and has everything I said is sufficient verification right? That's also a bullshit thing to say as he removed the post in the end. Too busy for a loyal sythe member? He wasn't too busy to take his time to edit it in paint to ONLY remove my name when he could've infact just removed his post in half the time to save him some time while being so 'busy'.
In the end I struck a deal with DarkGroove, I'm not sure which one of us suggested it but I'm leaning more towards him, he told me he would delete the thread if he could ban me in return. I accepted because I really needed the picture removed and I honestly thought whoever read my appeal would unban me on the spot purely because there is no god damn reason I should've been banned. Was I a threat to the community? Nah. Did I ever scam anyone? Nah. Let's be a little more broad, did I ever once break Sythe rule? Nope. The reason he gave in my ban title was 'Causing drama'. That isn't fair, there is no rule and it wasn't even drama.
So really what I'm trying to explain to you is that I never should have been banned in the first place, I did make a ban appeal, two or three actually if you can be bothered to look. This was about the time I quit runescape so I didn't really give a shit until I came back as of February 2010 and made this Sythe account in March.
So basically I'll end with this. People troll, which is essentially 'Causing drama' and they receive an infraction, and can troll two more times before they receive like a three day ban. I didn't cause any drama directly on Sythe, the only drama I caused was between me and DarkGroove and it wasn't even drama, unless calling him and emo and throwing around a few cuss's (which I had good reason to after asking him politely several times to remove his post and he refused with just 'No.') Even more harshly people scam and do other dumb shit which is actually infringing a rule and they can get away with temporary bans or a TWC.
The only thing I'm guilty of is ban evading but what I'm trying to dispute is that I should never have been banned, I appealed, got some wierd reply from I don't remember who and my other thread was archived. I believe there is an exception to this ban evasion. Benwise was the one who caught me and he even believes I should be unbanned. Please don't just shoot me down with 'You ban evaded, denied' or 'You should have appealed within the month' because I believe this situation is the exception and should be looked over more understandingly and I did appeal within the month. Really all I've ever done since making this account is help people, 8/10 of my threads are Scammer Reports or Post Reports and a lot of my posts are me warning people who want to trade with them are either scam evaders or banners.
Pretty long post I'll understand if you pull a tl;dr on me but please at least consider unbanning me as I believe this is a huge injustice.
