I know I am not a good guy on Sythe, but I am banned for it, My IP has been banned for it. I've faced the consequences.

I'm not going against anyone, but I still believe r2pleasent's initial ban on me was not right, it was wrong, I was being treated unfairly, I did not ban evade at the time, yet my IP was being banned many times.

But this does not give the right for Usa to scam me.

- I do not use stolen credit cards.
- All the credit cards are safe.

- I will not charge back Usa on the trades he followed through on. The money has been paid, and it will stay that way, he will keep it. However , the $50 he scammed me from , I may charge that back, because he scammed it.

If he had a problem with trading with me, and charge backs, I did offer to reverse our trades, so I gave him back the disk of returnings, and he give me back the paypal money, he refused to, he decided to scam me instead.

On my first sythe account, I recieved a trade with caution because I was buying an account that someone hacked, the proof was in the scammer section, and the hacker attempted to sell it to me via paypal, we had a MM ready. When i realised he hacked it, i showed the MM all the proof, and asked the MM to get back the account for the original owner, for this reason I recieved a TWC, because the MM reported me for asking him to do that. The mod said, if the account was scammed back, I would've gotten a perm ban. That's the same situation with me and Usa, he scammed, regardless of who I am, what I have done, doesn't give him the right to scam

I've tried to discuss it with Usa on Msn, but he constantly blocks me & doesn't reply.
