85-94, or 99 Magic, Alching?

Hey guys, I'm gonna alch 85-94 Magic. It's about 75k Alches, I believe.
I'm not too sure how many alches it is for 99.

What's the best items to Alch atm, I know this is a frequently asked question, but I couldn't seem to find a good site that shows this.

Also, how much loss (approximately) will I lose from 85-94 mage? What about 85-99 mage?

i wouldnt alch if i was you...with spells like superglass make or Humidify
you can make a nice bit of money

 

im alching maple longbows (u), the loss each alch is 90gp - so you'll lose around 7.1M from 85 - 94, i think those are correct - Im currentley 82magic and i'll be doing this till 94 also.

If you Don't mind About your Cash, i suggest you To do Superheat Gold Ore like I did, Gave me nice Exp per hour and Alot of Smithing Level's with this.
