What should i make to 99? I dont want to spend more then like 50m for those levels but will if i have too.

Just remember that all of the supplies do not need to instantly buy. You have time while training to get the rest of the supplies. By cutting down the price on GE by 2% or so, you end out close to even with the finished productS
