I know this should probably be in the Console Gaming section, but I already put a thread up there, the place is dead. There's no way I'm going to get an answer there.

    I'm looking for a semi-decent PS3 headset.

    It needs to be:

    - Somewhat comfortable
    - Compatible with PS3 (That includes input and output)
    - Preferably wired
    - NOT bluetooth. I currently have a £20 bluetooth headset and I hate it. It takes ages to connect and is rather uncomfortable.

I have a budget of around £40, although I could possibly go a little higher.

I was looking at the turtle beach website, but their headphones are either £70-80, or for Xbox only.

    Thanks!

P.S. I'm from the UK, so companies based in the UK is a big plus for minimal shipping fees..

Definitely go for an over ear set. I know razer has some nice headsets which go for around $70us which maybe be a little out of your price range.

Any usb headset should be compatible with the ps3.

I'll take a look, thanks. Also, some USB headsets are not compatible with input for ps3. I.E you can hear but not speak.

Please read the thread.. I said NOT bluetooth headsets, as they are very uncomfortable and are inconvinient to connect.

Just because one BT headset is uncomfortable it doesnt mean they all are.

I know you stated you don't want a bluetooth headset because it takes ages to connect and is uncomfortable, but i had a bluetooth headset that connected easily.

You can get bluetooth headsets made specifically for PS3. They have all the PS3 symbol/writing on it and everything. So i'm sure they'd connect easily. But i don't know how they are for comfort, though its what i plan on buying.
