This is how the market usually works around here:

The person who is less trusted is expected to go first. If they don't want to, they are expected to pay fees for the OMM. I am not much more trusted than you, but I have 4 vouches, so I offered 50/50 fees. If you can't accept that...Doubt anyones going to buy but gl
