Must be an active user for several years (if you signed up 2015-2016 don't even reply, I don't care if you donated $500 and have 300 gold selling vouches) and have completed training vouches (the only other vouches i'll consider are account selling if you've been here for several years).

Above requirements don't apply to mods/OMM's etc (people ranked as trusted by site position).

Method of training is up to you, i'd prefer the quickest, in-game material cost is irrelevant.
