For everyone bringing up the "his brother" argument, would you all be in support of allowing Sigex's "brother" back in the community, especially as a mod with access to everyone's IP's, etc...

He shouldn't be mod when he gets unbanned, if he gets unbanned.

I will be honest that I do not know all the facts in this matter, however it does appear to me the risk have not been effectively mitigated.. Simply meaning, the reasons/risk is still present.

Even if Haha is not guilty and his brother is, it clearly says in the rules 'You are responsible for your IP.'
