Well, I'm not sure about this but sythe IP bans scammers?, My brother was recently got scammed and tried to get the scammer back and try to scam him, Wouldn't my Ip got banned so how can I still do on?

I'm not using no proxys.

You are responsible for your IP. If your brother scammed, you get banned as well.

Take it with a pinch of salt, there may be truth behind his story.

Don't just accuse people out of the blue.

If the admins decided to ban your IP, you will need to open a ticket. There is a sticky in the dispute section.
