Need Training Tips!

Okay, These Are My Current Stats:

I am wanting to get all the circled skills to 99.
I was wondering if any of you could give me some tips on how to reach them I am currently F2P but I will be P2P in a few weeks.
Also, could someone give me a time estimate for how long this would take? (individual skills, i.e. "cooking would take X weeks")
Reaching 99 HP will me trouble for be because the next time i play Soul Wars I think I might DIE.

HP:
Option 1: Although you hate SW - it's the way to go. Join a 100+ clan to win every game.
Option 2: PC - Veteran boat - I can hook you up with 115+ clan worlds (no loses)

Fishing:
Option 1: Fly fishing - best experience. Do this at Shilo Village
Option 2: Lobs - Better money, and the experience is still decent

Cooking: Just cook whatever you want - maybe the fish from 99 fishing
Note: Wines give TONS of experience.

Strength:
Option 1: Armored zombies. PM me for a guide to them (Varrock defender started needed)
Option 2: Bandits - Easy to afk, good experience.
Option 3: Soul wars. Again, use the clans.

I like doing wines, i just need to find a way to get lots of grapes FAST
Also, I Runescape Wiki-ed armoured zombies, and i think i will finish that quest when i become F2P and do those, because it said 70-90k XP/hr

I would say soul wars for the combat stats. As for the other skills, I suggest bots. Bot fishing then cooking.

You can fly fish in f2p, get it to 99, shouldn't take long, I got 99 fishing on my main from fly fishing in shilo, but only annoying thing is you have to drop the fish in f2p, for fastest exp

Fishing: 2 Weeks
Strength: 9 days
Hitpoints: 10 days
