PayPal Question.

Recently bought an account off somebody and they recovered it. It's been about 12 days. I'm planning on a Charge Back. What are the odds of me getting my money back?

I'm not going to say it was a virtual trade...going to say it was a item or something.


Or give me ideas.

Let me know.

 

Are you bank verified? Was it sent as a gift? Is the Paypal account information legit? Are you over 18?

I Got scammed $30 a few monthss ago, I tryed getting the money back but it got denied 2 days later I called them and they sent me the money no problems, I suggest to Call the and explain what happened.

Then you don't have a chance.

 

^^^ Of course you can. You can always use a "unauthorized dispute". It's a pretty dangerous thing though.. If you get caught.. The title is pretty self-explanatory.

You can probably win the charge-back. I've always won my cases in scenarios in which the dealer decided to pull stupid tricks >_>

Chances are, they can't provide suffice proof to vindicate either side. You, however, instigated the investigation, so the case leans to you if no concrete evidence is provided.

 

you account may get limited, probably not if your verifited though.
