Urgent Help Needed!

I was reading up on the requirements for "Plague City" quest.
I didn't come over the point where you need milk, for the hangover cure.

Now I am stuck in west ardougne and do not have any milk!

Can someone meet me in a world you choose, and bring me some milk in?

I would highly appreciate it!!

Why cant you just leave and get the milk yourself?

Once I try and walk through my big doors to leave/enter West Ardougne.
The guards stop me, and tell me I am not allowed.
I'm guessing I have to do a different quest, in order to go through the doors.

You can simply cast home tele, go get the milk, then come back...
