Why do they limit my paypal account?

I sold some stuff for 50$ and now my paypal is limited?

I needed to send proof of my adres and picture of my ID.

Once I sended that they locked my paypal account, and all money is gone they said. I need to wait 180 days now and then they tell me how I can get my money back(if I cna get it back)

Anyone knows why :S. I did nothing wrong?

Well they call it "suspicious activity".

Basically, if you send a lot of payments and receive a lot of payments, they flag it as suspicious activity.

You didn't really do anything wrong, don't worry. Just wait out the 180 days or provide the information they ask you.

 

I did provide the information and now they locked it.
Now i have to wait 180 days ahh well. Better 180 days then lose my money
