Why am I STILL banned?

Hello, My name is smok3y and I've not been banned as such, It was requested. I was pondering, should I get a trade with caution, since I was took over by a RAT, but I thought to help the community more, I should just get a requested ban from sin666, so the hacker doesn't scam anyone. Heres a pic of me requesting a ban, and then getting one.




Now, by the time sin banned my account, he had already changed the password on my account and a mod can check that and the IP was not mine, and scammed someone who was called 'bradhere' of three runescape pins on my hacked messenger.

I was told, If I paid back the pins back I would get the ban lifted. I thought this was a bit unfair since it wasn't even me, but I agreed. He hadn't been on messenger and Skelemaster told me that he had blocked me from messenger and he left a message telling him. I've Pmed him from sythe and he hasn't replied. Now what should I do? I have the pins for him to get unbanned? Could I give them to a moderator to give to him, next time he see's him? Because I think he's purposley blocked contact from me. Also I had 74 vouches from people, I MM'd A $70 trade, and a runescape level 126 with 20M. (see vouches). Why would I scam three pins worth like, $12? If he doesn't respond within the next 3 days, then you don't need to give him the pins.
