8 Year RuneScape Hiatus

With this quarantine that might not let up for the next few months, at least in the U.S, I've been contemplating returning to runescape throughout the years but always got side tracked. Last time i consistently played was in 2012. My question is are there any informational guides or wesbsites i can refer to so i can ease the transition back into old school rs? I am certain if i logged in right now i'd look like a blind bat.

 

Start of with deciding what build you want (main, pure, zerk,..), look up a quest list for that build and go at it i suppose.
Once done questing find some moneymaking methods that you can atleast sustain a bond with every 14 days. (4-5m)
while doing all of this you'll probably find out what it is you like doing most.

Figure out the build you want first, I would recommend making a main. From there on out, you can follow many Youtube guides which show how to make accounts efficiently, or you can just play how you remeber and find people in-game to slowly help you find the efficient methods for everything to have the most fun

 

You could look into making an ironman account. It's a game mode that you choose before leaving tutorial island. Check out the official oldschool runescape wiki for more information about it.
You can always change from ironman to normal mode, but not the other way around.

I recently came back from a hiatus myself and decided to make a Skiller. Pretty nostalgic right now, lol. Just do what you feel is more fun to you.

 

Choose the kind of account you want, turn on the slayermus1q quest guide, start clicking, rage quit when IRL goes south.
