(8(I) reported for 10m rs gold scamming

ok so i bought 10 mill about 7 hours ago, he took along time showed me items but i never got the gold, nor did he log in the msn, i payed him paypal, i got proof, he said he was logged in his msn and i didnt see him......bull shiet. he was suppose to give me 2.8m and an item that cost 7m+ he told he he needed to leave and was gona give me items at 7/ which is 9 my time , i waited till 9, nothing then later he said he was logged in, nothing he lied he never logged in, then i waited from 9-11 my time and i finally decided to call it a scamm.
