what do i do?

i recently had an account stolen by a phishing site. i never was able to recover the apss and someone else is using it. i tracked it down in game and i am just out of view from it the account. i dont know if its a player or a bot, what do i do? id like to try to get it back =P but uhm..


i do not have recovery questions. and i do not know more than like 2 passwords. i have picture proof

I think it's pretty self explanatory.

Basically, there's nothing you can do. There's nothing you can really say or do that will guarantee you getting your account back but I'd try talking to that person on the account. Maybe he/she has a heart and would be willing to give it back. If not, tough luck.

I would suggest to talk to that person as Roy mentioned aboved. If he does say no, Try to recover one more time.

Account creation details, as in the IP, which is very helpful to recovering the account.

If you do not know these than you are in a difficult state.

It's most likely a bot. Phishing sites like to steal your account, then bot on it with free bots to try and get it banned.

Just send in a recovery request, say the account was stolen so if they set any recovery questions, it'll null them.

Maybe you can talk to him and ask him for your account back. If his 104 account is better than the one he's using now maybe you can convince and persuade him to return the account.

 

You can always try to recover it, it won't hurt. Just as long as you have enough information to provide, then you should be able to get it back tbh.
