PayPal Gift

So I created a U.S PayPal account a few days ago and I found out that my sending limit is $0, and there is no way to remove this limit without linking a credit card (which I don't have).

I'm thinking about creating a new one, but I need to register it to a country that allows people to send gifts with unverified PayPal accounts. Any suggestions which country I should pick?

Also, phone number/ZIP code would be helpful.

Well, it does not take much for Paypal to figure out you're not from the country you registered as. Although they do have privacy rules, I do not think it'd last long.

 

Canada is a great example. You must register as a Premier account and not personal however. Just google a store in canada or google on google maps like ontario CA and find some store and take the zip and phone etc...

 

Just make a regular American PayPal account with your real information.

Then go to a grocery store, or a convenience store, or any store that will have MasterCard Gift Cards, Or some other sort of pre-paid credit card gift card. (make sure it's usable online)

You can input that as a credit card to up the sending limits to $2000 USD/month.

The reason I say to put your real information, is if you ever buy something with the PayPal credits that you want shipped to your house, they're going to ship it to the address you used.

They can be bought in increments of $25, $50 and $100

 

I think the OP does not want to spend any money, if he did he would have used his own CC. However, even if yo end up using a prepaid vanilla card half the time you end up with 5 bogus test charges on the card, and you only need $2 to add it anyhow..In my opinion the VCC's / prepaids are the biggest waste.

 

Thanks for your help guys. I'm only making this PayPal to trade on Sythe, nothing else. You can't get MasterCards where I live. Not for 15 year old kids anyway...

Gonna try making a Canadian PayPal now. Hope it works. Will tell you how it goes.

EDIT: It worked. Sadly, I'll have to create a new account every time my limit reaches $0...Damn :/ Well it's better than nothing. Thanks for all your help. BTW, how much CAD is 1 USD?

 

Just do what I did, I'm 15, I just set up a small bank account with a bank with visa and you can use and put money on it through paypal.

 

The exact same thing happened to me, thing is i had money in my US paypal, so what i did it make a Canadian like 1227 said im saving money in it to buy a prepaid visa card to verify my old one. Try that.
