Should I get one (thinking about 8GB or 16GB)?

I have tons of apps, a couple of movies and about a thousand songs on my itouch, yet it has 1.7/8gb Free space

Unless your really gonna listen to 5000 songs, I would recommend the 8gb. But that's with my experience.

:/ But apps take up space aswell.

I thought they pretty much discontinued those when the 3rd generation ones came out?

The prices are pretty much identical and you'd get twice the memory... I'd suggest you get a 32GB ($299 I believe).

If you have the money for a 16 GIG definitely get it, 8 GIGS is nowhere near enough and I have trouble balancing music and apps.

 

Yes. iPod touches are amazing, and literally have everything. The apps our endless and there is just so much you can do on it. And yeah got for the 16 GB

 

Yea their awesome. I'm using this for apps while waiting for my iPhone 3Gs to be returned. 16GB recommended well mine is full of movies, tons of music and tons of Apps.

16GB if you can afford it.

 

You should get the 8gb one since its just as good as the 16gb but cost less, since most people dont listen to 5000 songs.

 

I have a 64 gb Itouch, greatest thing I ever bought.

 

You didn't tell us any bad things about it, like you need to buy something else or something, so I say go for it.

One last question: Can you run all iPhone Apps on the iPod Touch?

 

Not all of them. but the majority you can.

 

Buy two, an iPod touch for listening to casually, and if you have an iPod hookup in your car so you can listen in there get an old 64 gig one.

That's our (my brother and I) setup. It works.

 

The appstore is for Iphones and Ipod Touches. Almost all of them run on both, except ones having to do with the phone xD

 

I don't like them.
