How does it have the spinning 1000 kills AC-130 eblem without prestiging?

 

Let me guess mcklein? you want some one else to go first, so u get the account/money and then you give them a level 70 with probably a .8 kd ratio and like 1000 kills tops. Theres no possible way to get that emblem without prestiging but good try kid
