My friend Boxer420, gave me a Windows 7 Ultimate Key. Is it a permante key? Or if it's not, let's say it expired. DO I get my origional vista back if it expired? Because it is vista. Im afraid to install it because if it runs out, my computer wont lemme get on it right? HELP> ANother: Will i still keep my antivirus if i install it??!
When installing Win7, as long as you dont format the drive/partition, you will have a folder called "Windows.old" in your c:/ . This will contain all of your old files. The key should work, if it does not i will help you out so you dont have to worry about activation.
