Talking on your phone while skateboard is illegal

In Philadelphia it is illegal to talk on you phone and ride a skateboard at the same time, first offense is $150. Pretty crazy world eh?

Standing on the side of the Road in Afghanistan talking on a cell phone with or without a Skateboard can get you shot. I suppose a skate board would challenge a gunners' ability to traverse on a moving target.

skateboarding and talking on the phone could result in a bad accident for yourself and possibly others, The sites i work on in the UK don't allow you to walk and talk on your mobile, if caught you will be kicked off site and never allowed back on. though the law is pretty petty, i think the penalty is way to severe.

 

Sounds like a sensible law to me...
