    60K exp? That's pretty bad.

    I get 70+K exp with Superheat and on top of that another 70+K smithing exp.

    Just use the mage training arena and get mage books along the way.

    99 Mage will take a while, but you will make hell loads of money too. 4.5m per mage book :D

    Cheap and effective way is Soul Wars. Although may take longer, depending on how you go around joining teams.
