Depends if he's committed enough to make an ENTIRELY new main. Personally, if it was me, I wouldn't have the same mentality or state of mind to recreate an entirely new main myself. I would just make some sort of new account you would be driven to raise, such as a skiller.

 

I recommend starting again with a main. Theyre fun because you can do whatever you want. Pures get destroyed by mains almost anywhere, so be prepared to die alot if youre playing minigames and such. Mains are hella fun for Castle Wars, Clan Wars, Soul Wars, Slayer, and Skilling. At higher levels you can even pk and get kills. Also, invest money. Www.Rune-Tips.Net can help you out. Good luck.
