What are the chances/risks in getting banned using large numbers of illegal pins(10+)?

[Skele]

Using even 1 illegal pin gives you a chance of getting banned.

If the pin got charged back, then your account would be in negative balance and you will be banned until you pay them back.

^ Hes saying that if you buy a pin here, and the guy who sold you the pin calls his phone company or something and says he didnt txt/call for a rs pin then they will charge negative credit to your account, and they will ban it until you pay off the debt.

[fastNeasy]

Ohh!!!! ok thank you! now im not confused !
