ye im in the USA and my sending ammount limit is $0.00 and need to verify my account. i dont have a creditcard or a bank account, so is there a online bank account that will give me a online credit card or anything. seems like every sythe member has a verifyed account but dont hae any of this stuff. so plz help me.

So, yeah, ask your parents for a card.

Doing anything else is pointless without your parents' approval and is seen as fraud.

 

Use a Canadian PayPal.It doesn't have to verified for you to send or recieve money you do get a small fee of 30-80 cents.

no. you need a bank account to verify your paypal in the US period. there are a few online bank accounts but you need to be 18 anyway.

 

All you need is to open a Canadian account and just use BS addresses. I am from Australia & I am buying on eBay with a Canadian account which has no proper info, just money I got as "gifts" from selling my runescape accounts. Good luck.
