New unbanned account:
AyoPredator

Old banned accounts:
zPredator
Preadatur

If i was a mod and didn't allow ban evading then i would do something else other than just banning their user name but hey that's just me though.

Changing IP's are not hard, in fact all 3 of those accounts do not have the same IP, so it's obvious he knows how to change it.

 

Oh okay. Ya i was just wondering because i know of two ban evaders who just keep making new accounts without changing their ip and its hard trying to keep track and report their new account.
