I recently made a paypal account and connected it with my bank account. To recieve money do i need to be logged in or do i need to do something? also they said i need to check my bank account in the next 2-3 days.

 

You don't need to be logged in when you recieve money, you will just see it when you log in.

 

ok and once i recieve it i can send it other place without waiting the 2-3 days for my bank account to be connected?

 

Unless you have a Canadian or Australian PayPal account, you cannot send money without adding a Bank, or Credit Card, therefore, no, you cannot send money until your bank clears (unless you have a Canadian/Australian PayPal Account).

 

There's a guide somewhere that is how to verify paypal using something called netspend,I didn't read the guide so idk if it covers accounts from outside Canada and Australia. Its worth looking into.

 

You only need to connect a Credit Card or sometimes a Prepaid Card will work in order to send money.

However your account has sending limits until it's fully verified.

 

A uk paypal gives you like a $2,000 sending limit when its unverified. Pre paid cards give a u.s paypal account like $4,000 sending limit when its unverified
