help with graphics card

I need a cheap graphics card... and I mean cheap.
I need it to be able to run css smoothly.

I have vista 32 bit, 2 gb ram, Intel pentium 3.73 GHz
Right now I have the onbored GeForce 7050.

I was looking at this one.

That card will be able to run CSS smoothly at around 60-80 FPS depending on background programs and the state of your computer.

 

no $25 card will be able to run a cal/cevo map on high settings smoothly.

 

You can't use price to describe a card like that. Prices fluctuate.

I can run CSS at 80fps with my 8600 GT which I got for 30$

 

True, But still. If you want to play real maps on high settings, you need something decent.

If your going to play with everything on low and an fps config, then it really doesnt matter
