A new graphics card..

I'm thinking of getting a new graphics card as my current one is...well, shit.

Here are my computer specs, along with the graphics card.



I'm going to be playing games such as Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, World Of Warcraft, FEAR 2, ArmA2, and many more high graphic definition games.
My maximum pricing is $400 It's all I can really spend atm.. I'd also like no Ebay links either.

and they'd both work on a windows 7 proffessional Acer desktop, correct?
Also; With either one of them what sort of cooling system do I need? I've currently only got 1 or so fans.
I'm pretty sure I'd need better for those more 'top of the line' cards.

 

you'll be fine to just buy a 8800 or 9800 gt or gtx card for around 150-200 and it can play the games u listed on full settings easily, and the GPU fan is fine

 

I strongly suggest not getting the 9x series from nVidia. If you want to play those games at near-maximum settings, I suggest the nVidia 260 GTX. I'll work on getting you a link.

That is the nvidia 260 GTX from EVGA. I strongly recommend you buy from EVGA because they do have an excellent limited warranty along with great customer service. Their products are generally of higher quality as well.

The current price on that is 200$ + Shipping after mail in rebate.

 

And my one fan should be fine with that, right?

Your single fan should be fine with it. Depending on the weather where you are and where your computer is placed, the temperature will vary.

Fans are relatively inexpensive.
