Salvia

I want to do salvia. Can anyone recommend where I should buy it, and how to use it?

 

Here's your amounts, if you're starting out I suggest you start with some leaves then work your way up.

- Salvia leaves: ¼ gram – 1 gram
- Salvia extract 5x: 0.1 – 0.3 gram
- Salvia extract 10x: 0.05 – 0.15 gram

Just smoke it up in a bong and try to keep it in for at least 20 seconds for a good hit.

Well, a bong will give you give you the biggest hit but you could smoke it as a joint which is slightly less effective or you can eat it which gives you not nearly as big of a high, but it lasts for a good while.

If you eat it, just role the leaves up and slowly chew on it once every few seconds and keep the juice that builds up in your mouth. If you want, I suggest adding honey with this because it's bitter as fuck.

 

Hmm I think I'm going to use a bong. I want to get a good hit, and I don't have the ability to role a joint.
