Banned Unfairly

i played runescape for over 5 years and was on sythe for about 3years. My first account got banned cause i logged on from the libary and we shared the same ip address, even though i didnt socialize with hi like that. you banned him....and banned me. i know im responsible for my ip, but i didnt commit any offence*other then evading the ban that was injust, even after i apealed that one, i didnt get a answer*, had over 15 vouches and dealt with over 150$ in items/pins/accounts. Im hoping you can see im legit and dont mean to scam. Please consider unbanning me.
