USFINE blackmail and scam me

Have they contacted you after you posted?

 

This isn't blackmail per say; It is more like forced trade.
They want to make sure you still buy the gold from them,
after they refund you.

It isn't really a good way to get their point across.
Anways, hypothetically; Would you buy the gold from
them if they refunded you instantly?

They are just being secure that they actually get a payment that large.
$250 for them is a lot more than for most of us.

 

Just request the money back. You'll get the money because you have the chats as proof of denial of refunding.

he said you could easily knock them off, just keep the logs nd shit and ull be all sweet.

if they refuse to refund you, take it to the next level.

 

What they're are doing is illegal, it is forced trade. They should refund the money instantly, without any question as you have not paid for any services at all.

And between I've tried searching your thread on usfine sale support for like 15 mins and couldn't find it. Saw the locked post down of this one that shows this links; http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=702537 and it says invalid thread so they deleted it???

 

Update: USFINE has returned my money. But I believe that if I did not take screen shots of the chat logs and post this on Sythe, they would of held onto my money. I hope everyone can avoid this situation if you decide to buy from USFINE. From my personal experience, they will not do this to you if you order less than $150USD. Anything over this and you should exercise extreme caution.

nope, they did the same with me for my 74-99 ranged pl ($600,-) back on the days. I just said I got no money left to sent and i'll send it after I got my refund. Well, they have talked to their manager and the next day they gave me a refund even without taking the 10% fee from it

...I resolved this the day you posted the complaint. Why post it here again? They should be using better business techniques now. Sorry for your inconvenience, they were just wanting to keep you as a customer, I assume.

 

they did this to me before... but they held it and only returned 80% and ketp 20% idk why but i stopped using them .

Dear customer, when you post a topic in Sythe, i have contacted you and refunded the money to you. Why did you post it again?
We are not mean to delay the refund. Just want to keep a customer, maybe we do it in wrong way. But we are a regular company and we are trustable. I will upload the chat history between us.

 

people like you don't deserver good treatment, if i m usfine, I will never give you refund, and no one would do trade like you .

 

Usfine sucks! This happened to me and I had to claim my money to get it back, I never got a refund.

 

I posted this topic before I got the refund, not after I got it. Its resolved and I thank USFINE for refunding me. In fact, I have done another 3 transactions with USFINE since they refunded me.
