Situation fully explained:

I contacted PA user inzerillo for a price on 1-95 and 1-99 fishing, hand trained. After some talk on PA, we continued on Skype, to avoid PA's insanely high fees. We ended up agreeing on an amount of $82,50, consisting of 2 halves: 1-95 for $55,50, and 95-99 for $27. Everything went well, they gave me updates and I was happy. Once they had reached 95, they asked for the second payment, which I paid. A day later, the account was banned for botting.

We ended up talking the situation through professionally (logs included in this post) and he tried giving me a different option: he gave me a list of accounts that looked like my order, and he could continue training on those accounts. I thought about it, but decided I did not want to deal with them anymore due to what happened.

He agreed upon refunding the 95-99 ($27) as that hadn't been done yet, which I deem very professional and I appreciate, but since the deal we agreed upon was training BY HAND, that deal was broken and now I am left with a loss of 1-95 ($55,50), 3 months of membership ($25,50) and 1M coins (supplies), totaling $83.

I want to do the right thing here, which is why I'm asking anyone that reads this topic whether or not it's reasonable to get 1-95 refunded, as the service was not as described. I feel like I could technically ask for the full loss of $83, but since the other party acted reasonably, I can let that go. I would like the $55,50 back, as the service was not as described. And, since the deal was done outside of PA, I can't leave negative feedback, making it 0 risk for them to do what they did.

Their point of view was that I had botted on the account, but I don't understand why I would if I could just let them do 1-99 FOR me for no effort whatsoever. Instead, I apparently decided to put myself at an $83 deficit for, what, fun?

I'm not one to immediately charge everything back, I'm asking if you agree on a full refund of the service, so that I can then ask them to refund, and if they won't, charge it back.

if you're promised hand-trained skilling and you get banned for botting, you're definitely entitled to the full amount you paid for the service. if anything, i feel like you should be refunded for the account you lost too.
