    thank you for banning this user in my previous thread.

    now i've informed him about his ban and this is what he said:

    I believe a permanent IP ban would be good for this guy (since it looks like he'll just create a new account to scam again)

    IP's are pretty much useless, but I've requested an IP ban anyway.
