Help with my zerker?

Im working on a new zerker pure. this is my first ever zerker pure and im just wondering what quests do i need to get exactly 45 def?

Also if anyone know's of a zerker pure guide somewere could they post the link?

ive been looking everywere

 

idk exact quests but dont make the mistake of doing dragon slayer at 45 haha

'fr0zen guide' its a 10 page guide, with ways to even earn money on ure zerker. exact quests and what to do in what order, go look at it.

 

What I did to make my 1 defense pure into a zerker was I used the training after mm to strength and it gives you 38 defence automatically. And then I did dragon slayer which got me to 42-43 can't remember. And then fremmy trials for like 44. And then manually train 1 level.
