I was banned for:

Leaking of the staff lounge, and telling nickV he will be banned.

Sin666 Informed me, that I will not be banned for leaking, as long as I don't do it anymore, I wont be banned. She said the issue has already been discussed, and no further action is required.

I was just kidding about NickV, it was also in the spam forum.

I don't think this ban is justified, because I have already been informed that I wont be banned for leaking, as long as I don't do it anymore

You not being banned for leaking pretty much put you on probation, and you haven't exactly been a goody two shoes since then.
