It was the morigans thing in his invy..
It's just recreated where it thinks the ranged bonus is your strength bonus.
It's fixed.
I doubt the vid belongs to the kid who posted this on here.

Like someone asked above, the guy that got hit for more than 99hp sara brewed to raise his hp higher.

 

You can get your hp over 100 if you drink sara brew. Its like 115 or something.

 

Maybe morrigan + void stacked? and yah was patched on the 22nd of sept. Dont think it was this guys vid either

You would have your best Range EQ on with a range weapong ( tomahawk ), open the magic interface and click on auto-cast for any magic spell that you had runes to, then switch to your melee weapon of choice and turn off auto-cast.

It was patched Sept. 22nd.

 

Badger the glitch was done on Sept. 23 wasn't it?

 

This is like the old range bonus/strength glitch a while back in BH.

You'd equip darts and spam click the rapid attack style then switch to dds and it would hit shit-high numbers as fast as darts.

Was awesome - Never used it though it was patched pretty fast.

A lot of people lost dharok that day ^^!
