Undeserved infraction?

I just got an infraction for this;

Someone made a thread saying they were going off sythe for a while, I posted saying take care. Then I got an infraction? I'm probably one of the few people who say take care and get an infraction. I don't see everyone else being nice then getting an infraction for it. Imo I don't deserve this infraction.

 

I gave him the infraction since he posted saying "take care" in DarkSpark's coming back thread.

Since my opinion might be biased, i'm leaving this open for other Mods to see.

 

THe infraction is completely warranted.
