68-70 Smithing.. Suggestions?

I'm working on a level 3 skiller that I'm going to sell once I hit 70 smithing.
I currently have 68/70.
I have 14M cash..
What's the fastest way to get to 70, without losing a shitload of money?

EDIT: I'm doing Mithril Platebodies.. gonna cost me a lot, but I read its the best.

 

Just do cannonballs, decent xp and you make money.

 

I would say SC hammers and steel plates.

 

Iron plates are better xp per coin then steel plates are, unless you intend on alching the plates.
