* State why you were banned. I was banned because i was "Phishing" I posted an rs phishing site tutorial with all of the files there.

* State why my ban was unwarranted. It was unwarrented because i didnt phish anybody or have the intention of phishing anybody, i posted a tutorial of how to phish to help people out.
