[HELP] Locked Account

Hi guys,

Today I bought an account from someone. I set recoveries, emails and bank pins in it. Jagex locked that account that they are suspecting that this account got stolen.

I used recover a locked account and entered everything. And noted down Tracker ID and activated it. (I am sure that it was all right).

Now when I goto Track a locked account, and enter that Tracker ID, or enter username, it says invalid id entered, or wait few minutes... Please tell me wth is going on

And what should I do??

 

You can not unlock the account even you have full information, because you are not original holder, jagex detective this by original Location.
if you want to unlock the account, your IP should as same as the original IP, which you couldn't achieve...

Suggestion: ask the seller to unlock it, you bought account from him , he may help you , hope he is the original holder !

 

Well try to submit another lock appeal. If it allows you to, you obviously didn't do it right the first place. If it doesn't allow you to, you should wait a few minutes and contact Jagex support. It's obvious that it's a unavoidable glitch or error has occurred. Keep us updated.

No you're wrong. I've had several instances where I've recovered purchased accounts.

 

Seller could be scamming

 

He didn't scam. Plus I can't appeal again, since it's not letting me to. And I know I did it right, I wrote RECs etc. which I set up earlier... I think I would have to contact Jagex.


But I am confused why is it showing my Invalid Tracker ID and all and it doesn't let me make another Query if that Tracker ID was invalid. :S I even tried entering by username

Edit : My bad, I had to enter both Tracker ID and Username ... I entered only one... Now it's showing me "PENDING" ... I hope it gets unlocked man!

If he didnt try and hack it back it will take 14 days.

 

Ask the person you bought it from to unlock it for u.

 

You need to submit another appeal to see what is happening in it. Make sure to write the code down correctly this time.

 

I figured it out, I had to write username and code at the same time. Now it's Pending. I think I have to wait 3 days... I entered all the prev pass and recoveries which I made just sometime back before it got locked... I think they should work :S

 

Accounts are usually locked after they receive evidence that someone other than the player has been on the account. To reclaim a locked account you'll need to visit the 'Locked Account Recover' option under the 'Help' drop-bar.

To successfully prove ownership of an account they will need to see as much information as possible:

Old passwords
Old recoveries (if new ones are not known)
Creation and login details.
DoB, IP, ISP.

Remember that if the account has been a member players should also supply:

Billing information
Contact details

It's worth taking your time when submitting the appeal to ensure that you really have included everything.

 

I've set new old 3 passwords myself. And New recoveries... Should I supply the last 3 password that I made or which came with the account.. And same Q goes for Recoveries... Should I enter mine which I made or the one which were cancelled before I bought?
