I used to have a veteran level 3. It got recovered though by the guy who sold it to me.

 

omfg! lvl 3 rsc accounts are that expensive?!?! man i got this one acc 10m on rs2 and lvl 3 on rsc. i wonder how much i can get for it im afraid to waste 3 bucks on getting it memeber though. didnt jagex delete a shit load of rsc accounts?

i saw my old post and realized i totally just recovered that account like yesterday. its a lvl 3 rsc vet too. if it hadn't been trained, it would have had 9hp in rs2 too..

If anyone's interested, I got some cheap level 3's on RS2. So you can act like you're on RSC. Only $10 each. Comes with 1 in each stat, and 10 hp.

They are not rare at all, Jagex are doing re-opens which allows any runescape account to become active on RSC, so there can be thousands of level 3's at the next re-open
