I honestly think you should do an old trick. Get your mage as high as you can to get mage based to where it will get you combat levels, and then switch to ranged based. It makes you stay lower combat then the others, and helps efficiently. Also, get your mage to at least 82, as a lot of pures have 94 at 70 combat. So, that's about it. Good pure though tbh.
