Got Scammed by osmosis93 - HELP

this guy ive been chatting to for days, Sorting out a deal

We agreed on a deal, he got his mate benwise90 a mod to vouch for him in chat and pm me

So after chatting i trusted him (big mistake)

I gave all info, he changed it all, claimed that i tried to scam him by saying that the email was somehow done by me so it cant be changed.. accused me of scamming

I then panicked, cos i spent money on this earlier through paypal, I'm going to chargeback so the account gets banned

Ive got all chat logs/photos. The way i confirmed that i got scammed is by trying to recover my ID, it says it sent it to email of c******@hotmail.com when it should be g*****@live.com

What a scammer, i searched all his other threads... seems like he uses his "friend" benwise90 to vouch for alot of things, i would like another mod to check there ips, make sure there not the same person trying to vouch and get away with scamming.

Im not sure how to take this furthur, can someone else me.
