Hye one on my chars that i have recently remembered has been locked for like a year, the appeal is still appealable and the offence is "Advertising", the only other two offences were mutes.

Does anybody know a DEFINATE appeal that will recover my acc, im willing to pay $15 if the appeal is accepted!
