65 - 99 thieving?

I got 65 thieving atm, What i should do till 99 thieving? And how much exp per hour it would be?

sorc garden botting is ~65k xp an hour.
you can do that till like 81 thief, then do pyramid plunder and get like 150k xp an hour

Sorc Garden is your best bet, and for major profit's you can use Master Farmer bot!

I would suggest Sorc Garden till around 80-90.
If you want exp then buy Pyramid Plunder for UBER exp/hr
If you want cash, then buy Auto Thievery and steal from the Master Farmer for over 250k gp/hr and a nice exp/hr rate.
