Most people define 'mean' as, say, locking a poll about whether or not a particular member deserves a promotion, or infracting them for calling another member a 'retarded idiot'. >.>

Even if I won this poll, I'd feel ripped off.

 

I don't know her, but I doubt that someone like her would be mean without a reason. Infractions aren't given for nothing I guess. (Unless you get some jackass mod, hehe.)
