She is the account manager, and can issue refunds with the bosses permission. Yelling and screaming and insulting them will not get your way.

Lol your quite retarded. They actually blocked my chat request about 10 times so i went on a proxy and as soon as i brought up the subject they left or said they don't care. So figure out what the fuck your talking about before you say it. If they weren't in fucking sweatshops they could figure out that in the claim there is a refund button.
