What's odd is that, I've heard from someone that CPL's gonna get CAL back. But under a different name, that name hasn't been released yet. I think it's total bullshit, but it's a rumour I heard. If not, there's a few new leagues coming out that'll be pretty wicked. Though, after CAL dying on us... the game has really started to die.

 

Esea and Cevo is pretty amazing but you will need to pay league fees, if you use eco league... they say its free and there are prizes which i highly doubt...

 

Yeah, I completely do NOT understand these two "free + prizes." If so, they'll get their funding from sponsors. But I'm just wondering if the sponors will be able to support them with a hundreds/thousands of dollars. Though, ECO should be able to make a LOT of money from sponsors... All they do is just put the sponsors name on their website and they can make a lot just from that.

 

Cal was heavily sponsored as well, but they never had prizes and but they were successful because of the CPL, however after CPL died... Cal's basically dead.

 

Well CPL owns CAL, so if CPL died CALs funds shrinks to "zero." I'm still curious to know when the actual season will start for ECO so I can prepare a team fucking for it.

 

Eco open is gona be fucking dumb, because they don't have a main league, that invites better teams, so open is stacked with ex invite and main teams... which is going to be fucking stupid
